WARTHOG CLOTHING – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
 
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. Returns received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. All tags and labels must remain attached.
  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, or damage.
  4. Products must be in resalable condition.
  5. Swimwear and intimate apparel are strictly non-returnable if the hygiene seal is broken or removed.
Warthog Clothing reserves the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet these standards. If rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
 
 
RETURNS PROCESS

1.Complete the returns form included in your order and place it inside your return package.
2.Send your parcel to the following address:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please retain proof of postage/receipt, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
 
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
•Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
•You will receive an email once your refund has been approved.
•Refunds will only be issued once items are physically received and pass our quality checks.
•If proof of return cannot be provided in cases of lost parcels, Warthog Clothing will not issue a refund.
